Important to know: This is a multi-level home with bedrooms located on the 1st and 3rd floors and includes two sets of stairs. Guests should be comfortable using stairs. While children are welcome, the home is not equipped with safety gates/guards and close supervision is recommended.

1st Floor: 2 car garage, 1 bedroom (queen) with ensuite full bathroom
2nd Floor: Kitchen/Dining/Living Room and full bathroom
3rd Floor: Primary bedroom (king) and ensuite bathroom, secondary bedroom (queen) with ensuite full bathroom, office and laundry closet.

 Verified Great stay, clean, quiet and very convenient. Check in was very easy. The host was always responsive to my questions. Great location for our medical center purposes. A path across the street made walking there easy. Or a quick six minute drive. The house was clean and well equipped. Sleeping arrangements were nice in all the rooms. It was comfortable.  Verified I must admit that i am very hard to impress when it comes to giving ratings. However, this rental home was so perfect i must share our experience. My wife is in a Clinical Trial at MD Anderson and we wanted to stay in the area for the first month to see how things progressed. This rental was perfect. It is a very modern home and better equipped everything one needs when staying for a longer period of time. The Kitchen was beautiful, all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and TV's throughout the entire home. The Host Brandon was great. Good communication and helped with any issues that arose. Its less than a 5 minutes by Uber to MD Anderson, and the entire community is gated, and very secure. This home has a garage for someone who's has a vehicle. It's a 35 minute ride to the Airport (IAH). Every room is well equipped and we plan on using this home again on the next occasion when we need to be in Houston.This home will NOT disappoint in anyway. Scot Goldberg

 Verified Brandon's place was the perfect accommodation while my husband was a patient at MD Anderson. An easy 10 minute commute to the hospital and a grocery right down the street. The home was bright, spacious, and very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Brandon was quick with his responses to any questions we had and very accommodating.

 Verified Brandon’s place was great. We were there to be close to MD Anderson for a surgery I was having and spent my first 5 days of recovery there. Check in was very clear and easy…location very close to medical center with a grocery store near by. The unit was bright and light inside. Large living area with extremely comfortable sectional.. 85” smart TV with surround sound , three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and even an office or work area upstairs. Brandon was very responsive to all inquiries and questions! Would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

 Verified I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while receiving treatment at MD Anderson. The location was incredibly convenient — just a short drive to the hospital — and also very close to the Houston Zoo and the Museum District, which was a nice bonus for some relaxing outings. The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful place to rest between appointments. The host was also very thoughtful and accommodating, making sure everything I needed was available. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Houston for care at MD Anderson.

 Verified It’s a pretty new house with easy garage access and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is great with all the amenities, pots, pans, and utensils you could need, and adjacent to the family room which is spacious and has a wonderful TV, surround system, and sectional sofa. Beds are comfortable and the master bathroom, just perfect. Brandon is a great host and responded to everything we asked for promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend.

 Verified My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Brandon's place. We felt right at home. We loved the fact that it was a gated community. We felt very safe! The lounging area was very open and spacious. The sleeping quarters were very comfortable. The place was just as pictured and more than we expected.
